Asus has recently launched its gaming-centric Asus ROG 3 smartphone in India. Asus ROG is the upgrade version of Asus ROG 2 and comes with several hardware upgrades. 

Asus Rog 3 comes with 6.59-inch full-HD AMOLED display with a screen to body ratio of 19.5:9. The display is protected with 2.5 D Gorilla Glass and supports HDR 10+, 144 Hz refresh rate with a 270 Hz sampling touch rate. It also comes with TUV Low blue light solution and Flicker Reduction-certified technology for eye comfort.

Asus Rog 3 is powered by octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 865+ SoC, and the Adreno 650 takes care of GPU Performance. The device runs on Android 10 with ROG UI on top of it. Asus ROG 3 is fueled by 6000 mAh battery with the support of 30W fast charging and has a 3.5mm USB Type-C to 3.5mm adapter in the box. 

Asus ROG 3 is equipped with a triple rear-camera, and it comprises of primary 64-megapixel Sony IMX686 sensor with f/1.8 aperture. The secondary camera is a 13-megapixel ultra-wide lens with a 125-degree field of view, and the third one is a 5-megapixel macro lens with f/2.0 aperture. The front camera is a 24-megapixel lens with f/2.0 aperture. Asus ROG 3's primary camera can record 4k resolution videos, and the front camera can record up to 1080p videos.

Asus ROG 3 has dual front-facing stereo speakers, calibrated for a rich gaming experience. It also has High-resolution audio support, and the handset has quad-microphones and comes with advanced noise cancellation technology. 

Asus ROG 3 has X mode to improvise the gaming scenario by giving full control to the user. X mode customizes and adjusts the parameter such as performance, Display settings, touch control, and network settings for enhanced gaming sessions. Asus ROG 3 has a Game cool3 cooling system, and it can effectively dissipate up to 4-degree Celsius of heat.

The connectivity option for the Asus ROG 3 is 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth v5.1, GPS/ A-GPS/ NavIC, dual Type-C ports, and a 48-pin side port for connecting supported gaming accessories. It also has an accelerometer, ambient light, gyroscope, magnetometer, a proximity sensor, and comes with the support of dual nano sim.

Asus ROG 3 will be available in a sole black color option. The smartphone is available in 8GB RAM + 128 GB ROM and 12 GB RAM + 256 GB ROM configurations and it is priced at Rs.49,999 and Rs. 57,999, respectively.
