Fitbit recently refreshed its popular Fitbit Charge 3 fitness tracker with Fitbit Charge 4. The main USP of the Fitbit charge 4 is its built-in GPS  tracker. Let's dig further and find out what Fitbit has to offer with their latest fitness tracker. 

 

In terms of design, Fitbit Charge 4 looks almost identical to its predecessor. Fitbit Charge 4 boasts a monochrome OLED touchscreen display with customizable watch faces. Fitbit has provided an intuitive touchscreen display that can automatically adjust the brightness level depending upon the ambient lighting conditions.

 

 Fitbit Charge 4 comes with a plethora of features like built-in GPS tracker, 24 hours continuous heart rate monitoring, music controls with support for Spotify, goal-based exercise modes, app notifications, and sleep monitoring, etc. The built-in GPS tracker comes handy during outdoor runs, cycles, hikes, and more. The built-in GPS can be used to see the user's pace, and distance on Charge 4, they can use the Fitbit app to see a map of their workout. Charge 4 also comes with features like active zone minutes, workout intensity maps, heart rate zones, and resting heart rate to personalize the workouts and track the performance based on the predefined goals set by the user. In addition to these, Fitbit Charge 4 offers all-day activity tracking, automatic exercise recognition, personalized guided breathing session based on users' heartbeat, and ideal alert. Charge 4 lets you set the timer, stopwatch, check the calendar, and can provide weather updates on the go. 

 

Fitbit Charge 4 comes with up to 50m water resistance and the tracker can automatically track swims. Users can also wear Charge 4 in the showers and pools without any worries. Fitbit Charge 4 can offer up to 7 days of battery backup on a single charge. With GPS turned ON, the tracker can last up to 5 days on a single charge.

Fitbit Charge 4 is priced at Rs.14,999 for the Black, Strom black/blue, or rosewood variants. Fitbit also launched a special edition Granite Reflective/ Black Woven variant and it is priced at Rs.16,999. The special edition also bundles an extra classic black strap. Fitbit also offers 90 days of free premium membership to all the Fitbit Charge 4 users. The built-in GPS tracker is the major selling point for the fitness tracker and it comes handy for most of the users as it can provide more accurate results. Fitbit Charge 4 is compatible with both android and ios and Fitbit includes both small and large bands to cater users with different wrist sizes.
