Play Store's official spokesperson said that Google expelled Remove China Apps from the Play Store for policy violation. According to Google Play store's policy, a third-party app cannot influence the users to uninstall any apps from the user's device. Since Remove China Apps violated this policy, Google removed this app from the Play Store.
Since the policy violation clause stated by Google affects the app's core functionality directly, it is uncertain to see the app listed back in the Play Store.
